Scissors are the important tool handled when it comes to touch the hair with them; it is a jewel shear tool which is sued for cutting the hairs. There are three different types of scissors used; they are named as sewing, paper and kitchen. These Jewel Shears instruments are operated manually by the hands for cutting purpose.
